I was on kitchen duty tonight again. And I most certainly made the best out of it
Started with the onions

Prepd the garlic 🧄 and ginger

Put some spices on the chicken for a few , mini marinate.
+Black pepper
+Mixed spices
+Tumeric

Sliced the tomatoes how Ramsey would want them

The paste was cooking nicely

Put the chicken 🍗 in the pot, no stoners

Gave it some time as I multi tasked, and made UGALI

It was coming along nicely 😁 you can taste the image to verify

Made the greens as the broth simmered 🔥🥵

And voila, I served my pops _ he eat yellow UGALI

Then I served myself, no fiending .
