Had that awkward level of pasta…

Had that awkward level of pasta in the package remaining, where it's not good enough in quantity to make for a dinner of two - and you never eat alone. Two packages of farfalle (spelt) and fusilli. Finally had a 💡 moment.

Awkward ingredients to work with, but as long as an Italian has cheese, garlic and pancetta. We can usually whip up something pretty good.

Whipped up and thickened some milk, added butter and a lot of cheddar+Asiago. Dumped the pancetta, onions, garlic and bell peppers in, along with the pasta. Slapped it in the oven. Bada boom, bada bing I got the Rolls Royce Deluxe MacN'Cheese.
