Spaghetto Quadrato. Spelt. Saw it, had to try it. No ho visto Mai da cosi bello!

Left over from the home batch sauce, slow cooked home recipe rolled Veal meatballs in it (2 hours).

Drizzle of Calabrese chili oil/garlic concoction and Parmigiano reggiano. Didn't have fresh basil on hand :(
